These custom stainless steel dowels were designed exclusively for Carolina Coops to securely prop open the windows on your chicken coop. Each dowel measures 2 ⅜" x ⅜", with a tapered end for easy insertion and a grooved end for better grip. Simply drill a ⅜" hole about halfway into your window frame—the snug fit keeps the dowel firmly in place while still allowing you to remove it by hand when needed.
Available in convenient packs of 2, 10, or 12, these dowels are a small but essential accessory for your coop’s function and ventilation. A standard 6-foot-wide American Coop or Carolina Coop typically requires 10 dowels. Shipping is included to the lower 48; please contact us for shipping rates outside this area.
